These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the STAYLOGICROI website and Services, operated by Joanna Falkowska-Czubkowska, ul. Przytulna 20B lok. 25, 80-176 Gdańsk, Poland ("STAYLOGICROI", "we", "us"). By using our website or purchasing our Services, you agree to these Terms.
STAYLOGICROI provides two categories of Services:
Our Services are intended for business use by hosts, property managers, and hospitality businesses. By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 years old and have the authority to provide the property information you submit to us.
Orders are placed via our website order forms and are processed through Paddle.com Market Ltd, our payment processor and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, applicable sales tax/VAT, and invoicing on our behalf. Prices are displayed in EUR unless stated otherwise. Payment is due at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Audit reports and consultations are delivered within the timeframe communicated at the time of your order. Welcome Books are generated and delivered based on the property information and files you provide; delivery timelines depend on the completeness of the information you submit and the tier/add-ons purchased. In-person, on-site audits require you to cover the auditor's travel and transportation costs to and from the property, in addition to the audit fee.
STAYLOGICROI provides recommendations based on industry experience and available data. We do not guarantee specific revenue increases, occupancy rates, review scores, or other outcomes, as these depend on factors outside our control, including market conditions, guest behavior, platform policies, and your implementation of our recommendations.
Our audit methodology, report templates, Welcome Book templates/software, and website content are the intellectual property of STAYLOGICROI and may not be copied, resold, or redistributed without our written permission. Once delivered and paid for, you may use your own audit report and Welcome Book for your own property/business purposes.
Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, STAYLOGICROI's total liability arising from any order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Service. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost bookings, arising from your use of our Services or implementation of our recommendations.
Our Services may reference or integrate with third-party platforms (e.g., payment processing via Paddle, communication via WhatsApp/email, hosting via Vercel). We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of these third-party services. Their use of your data is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and by our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over Gdańsk, Poland, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed, and any changes to fees or scope for an order in progress will only apply if you agree to them — otherwise, the terms in effect at the time of your order continue to govern that order. This does not change who you are contracting with for the Services themselves — that remains Joanna Falkowska-Czubkowska, regardless of any changes to these Terms.
